Our Business and Who we ARE
After living in the Orlando area for six years, Karl "Doc" Mooney saw much of the same challenges of regional growth that he had experienced in communities where he had lived previously. Whether those growing pains were felt in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Arizona, Texas or Florida, they had similarities.
He decided to take his years of administrative experience, including a number of years in city planning and zoning and community service, and enter the real estate field.
His goal was simple: to first listen to clients' needs, then to provide them with accurate and thorough information so they would develop a mutual trust and, ultimately, success.
Doc covers all of Central Florida eastward to the Space Coast and the Volusia County/Daytona area. He is married to Laura, and the father of K. Paul Jr., Nerissa and Tara as well as being a grandfather to Samuel.
